Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Get Cut With Glass.
We aim to ensure that every order is processed and delivered to you quickly and securely.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay in your order, we’ll contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and regional carrier processing

Please note these are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or customs clearance.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

If you haven’t received tracking information after several days, please contact us at charles@getcutwithglass.com.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot control shipping carrier delays or lost packages.
If your package appears lost in transit, contact charles@getcutwithglass.com, and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with your order number and photos of the package and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
