Final Sale: Supplements
All dietary supplements are final sale. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any supplement products once purchased.
30-Day Returns (Non-Supplement Items Only)
For non-supplement merchandise, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging—and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without an approved return authorization will not be accepted.
If approved, we’ll email a return shipping label and full instructions.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
(Note: This does not override the final-sale status of supplements; resolutions for supplements are limited to defective or incorrect shipments.)
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Supplements: no returns or refunds (final sale).

Perishables, custom/personalized goods, personal care items, and hazardous/flammable materials: not returnable.

Sale items and gift cards: not returnable.

Exchanges (Non-Supplement Items)
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible non-supplement item (once approved) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off (Non-Supplement, Sealed Goods Only)
If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel/return eligible non-supplement items within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Exclusions: For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed goods (including supplements and personal-care items) that were unsealed after delivery are not eligible for return under the cooling-off rules.
Refunds (Non-Supplement Items Only)
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks or card issuers may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact charles@getcutwithglass.com.
